May 2007 marks the grand opening of LaLé Designs®, Inc. in West Seneca. Li and Brad Beardslee focus in wedding photography, and they work together as a team whenever possible. To see some of their work, go to their Wedding Photo Gallery.

Li Beardslee: Photography has always been a hobby of Li's since a young age. On her 13th birthday, her father purchased her very own 35mm camera. Ever since, she has been dabbling with photography, shooting from flowers, landscapes, to now: PEOPLE! Li has been attending photography classes since her high school years. On her 18th birthday, she was upgraded to a fully manual camera with functions including f-stops, speed, and aperture. Photography was still just a hobby for Li then. She did not become too serious with her skill in photography until the year before her marriage. Her fiancé bought her a digital Canon SLR camera and encouraged her to pursue her hobby. After interviewing so many wedding photographers for her big day, she was in awe of how expensive the charges could be. Since then, she has a mission: a mission to get serious with wedding photography and make it more affordable for the public. Li started thinking of a side business in wedding photography in year 2006. Before her years of being a serious photographer, she has worked as a Contact Representative and a Claims Examiner for the Federal Government, a Contract Compliance Technology Analyst for the insurance industry, and as an Underwriting Analyst for the Property Reinsurance Sector. She graduated from SUNY UB with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Brad Beardslee: Among many of his hobbies, photography is what he enjoys most. Like Li Beardslee, he shares a similar love for Photography. Brad enjoys many other hobbies such as videography, wedsite designing, and traveling. It is the common interest in photography that places Li and Brad together in year 2006 for the birth of LaLé Designs®, Inc.
